The 2025 Stanley G. McLennan Cup was concluded in dramatic fashion with a 22 Hole Final Match between Peter Foley and Kevin Dowe & Steve Pasquariello and Ron Devine. Both teams had navigated their way thru the 32 team field to reach the final match. This is the year long match play event that started back in May. The final match was played on a beautiful fall day and darkness stopped play after 20 holes. The teams waited until Saturday to pick up the sudden death finals on hole 21. Both teams tied hole 21 so the match went to hole 22 where it was decided with a par by Kevin Dowe. To make it really exciting Steve Pasquariello hit the stick with his chip for par and it came to rest right near the cup. Congrats to both teams and your 2025 Champs are Peter Foley & Kevin Dowe

The 2025 Club Championship was played over the September 5th & 6th Weekend with three different flights crowning champions. The Championship Flight played 45 Holes of stroke play competition. Day one saw a familiar face stake claim to the lead. Will Morris a 5 Time Club Champion played three beautiful 9 hole rounds of 34/36/34 to take a commanding 11 shot lead into Day 2. Conditions on Day 2 were completely different as rain overnight caused a 5 hour delay. Once play began Morris played hard posting 40-38 in tough conditions. His 45 hole total of 182 was 2 over par. Chris Rupp was runner Up at 191 playing very solid on the last day with weather conditions not ideal. Will is now a 6 Time Champion. His first was in 2005. This is a great spend of wonderful played golf. Other Champions were John O'Brien, Steve Pasquariello, Ryan Walters, and Brian Finnigan.
