2010 Information & Calendar of Events
Wednesdays, Beginning June 23rd - August 11th
Tee Off begins 12:30 PM
When: Wednesdays, June 23rd - August 11th
Tee off Times begin at 12:30 p.m.
How: Play as many weeks as you can during the summer months. Sign up with Stan the week prior and he will arrange the pairings and tee times. Attend the Opening Kick-Off Meeting on June 23rd at 12 noon.
Who: Kids 10 years and older. Please check with Stan to ensure your child has playing privileges for independent play without an adult.
Format: This is a program designed for kids who can carry their bags and play 9 holes looking for a little competitive play. Each week the format of the tournament will vary, culminating in an 18 hole Junior Club Championship played over two weeks. Rules of golf will be followed and scores tallied each week for cumulative league totals and end of season prizes. Please note this is not an instructional league. Proper Golf Attire
All children are responsible to dressed in proper golf attire. No t-shirts, jeans, or gym shorts allowed. All children are advised to bring plenty of fluids for hydration.

7 & 8 year olds
9 & 10 year olds
11, 12, & 13 year olds
Group Size: Limit 6 per group.
Dates: June 21, 23, 25, 28, 30
Time: 2 - 4 PM
Sign up Deadline: June 17, 2010
Description:
For the past 8 years, I have set aside a lot of time for junior golf. The clinics will cover basic swing fundamentals, short game skills,technique, putting, driving, golf course etiquette and courtesies. Remember my goal is to make golf a family experience as the Suffield Country Club. I know that these dates might not fit everyone's schedule so I have left some flexability in my schedule for additional clinics set up by a group of parents that fit their schedule better during this busy vacation time. I feel by getting this completed before the Independence Day will make for better participation.
I would like everyone to sign up at the pool. A sign up sheet will be posted on Saturday, June 5, 2010. You may also call the Pro Shop to sign up or email me at stanmclennan@sbcglobal.net. Times and groups will be formed and you will be notified by Saturday, June 19th. If you have any other questions contact Stan McLennan @ 668-7260 x3.
